CRG Services Management of Conshohocken plans to construct a 299,880-square foot warehouse along Betz Court in Orefield, Lehigh County. The NPDES permit application would allow it discharge of stormwater from construction activities at the site to an unnamed tributary to Jordan Creek, which is considered a high-quality cold-water fishery, as well as exceptional value wetlands, and is subject to special protections under the Clean Water Act.
