November 13, 2023 – Changes to noncoal application fees, administrative fees, and liability insurance requirements will be implemented on January 1, 2024. Liability insurance requirements for noncoal mine operators have changed to including new minimum limits for coverage. Application and administrative fees are increasing as of 2024 in accordance with the regulations. Download this information sheet.
November 11, 2023 – Noncoal Regulations Chapter 77 has been published at the PA Code Online to include the revisions effective August 19, 2023. Please discard any yellow printed books and use only the new version.
