Consumer Confidence Reports

Annual Drinking Water Quality Reports

Community water systems must mail or otherwise deliver a copy of a water quality report (Consumer Confidence Report) to each customer. DEP has created a summary of the approved Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) electronic delivery options. If water suppliers post their CCR on a website, they must provide a direct URL to their customers so that the report can be opened from that link.

Additionally, community water systems serving 100,000 or more people must post their current year's report to a publicly-accessible site on the Internet.
