M&G Realty has submitted to DEP an application for an Individual National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities. M&G Realty proposes to construct and operate a Rutter’s convenience store with fuel dispensing at the North West corner of the intersection of Pleasant Valley Boulevard and Sabbath Rest Road, Altoona, Blair County. The application proposes 19.25 acres of earth disturbance activity. Stormwater discharges from the proposed project would be to Sandy Run and wetlands.
