Sunoco Pipeline Pump Station
Background
Recently, the Department received applications from Sunoco Pipeline, L.P. to renew the operating permits previously issued for its Blairsville and Cramer Pump Stations. The stations are part of a natural gas liquids pipeline known as the Mariner East Pipeline. The pipeline is used to transport natural gas liquids including liquid butane, propane and ethane from southwest Pennsylvania to eastern destinations. The renewal applications, the department’s draft review memorandum and proposed permit appear below.
