NOTE: If submitting a General Permit Registration through e-permitting, the registration form is not utilized since e-permitting utilizes an online form. However, some other forms, such as the Chapter 105 Fee Calculation Worksheet are still required to be attached to the e-permitting registration.

Pennsylvania State Programmatic General Permit Documents & Links

As part of DEP’s Joint Permit Application Process with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to develop a one-stop-shop through DEP, the federal Pennsylvania State Programmatic General Permit (PASPGP) can be issued by DEP in most instances. This permit (Currently PASPGP-6) and related documents can be found below.
