DEP Legislative Budget Hearing Materials
The Governor’s Executive Budget is submitted annually, at the times set by law, to the General Assembly, providing projected operating expenditures by department or agency and by program, with reasonable detail, including estimated revenues. As part of this budget process, each department or agency is required to provide supplemental information to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees prior to budget hearings.
