Natural Gas Vehicle Grant Program for Heavy-Duty Vehicles is closed
Since 2013, $20 million in Act 13 Natural Gas Vehicle grants have been awarded to 62 organizations and companies across Pennsylvania making the switch to compressed natural gas (CNG), liquified natural gas (LNG) and bi-fuel vehicles weighing 14,000 pounds or more.

Alternative Fuels Incentive Grant - Alternative Fuel Vehicle Rebate Program is OPEN
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) offers an opportunity for commonwealth residents to apply for a rebate to assist with the incremental cost for the purchase of a new alternative fuel vehicle, including vehicles powered by: natural gas, propane, electric or hydrogen fuel cells. An alternative fuel vehicle (AFV) must be a new vehicle with an odometer reading of less than 500 miles at the time of purchase and be registered in Pennsylvania to be eligible for a rebate. This program is first come, first served and funds are limited.
