Phase III Watershed Implementation Plans

The Chesapeake Bay Program has begun the Mid-point Assessment of the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) established by the US Environmental Protection Agency in 2010, per the Bay Agreement.  Schedule for completion of this Assessment and the development of a revised Phase 3 Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP) to meet the new requirements that result from this Mid-point Assessment is shown below.

The Steering Committee’s next meeting will be held on May 8 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Rachel Carson State Office Building. The meeting is open to the public. Register here to listen in via webinar.  

The Chesapeake Bay Phase 3 WIP stakeholder process began with a meeting of the Steering Committee on April 3 at the Rachel Carson State Office Building in Harrisburg.
